About Dr. Hamlin

IMG_3005.JPG

Graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College of Florida with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies, from Excelsior College. A Sterling Heights, Michigan native, Dr. Hamlin was attracted to NC to join Carolina Chiropractic in 2006 after completing his internship in Detroit, MI.  He shares the same ideals as Dr. Gottlieb; meeting the health care needs of entire families, by offering unique treatments for infants, children, adults and elderly patients.  One of his specialties is dealing with injured athletes and runners.

Dr. Hamlin is a published author of scientific research in an international journal, and has keen interests in neurology and nutrition, which have been the focus of extensive post-curricular studies for him.

He has volunteered with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Salvation Army and traveled to Bolivia to provide chiropractic care to underprivileged adults and children.

Dr. Hamlin is a member of the American, International and North Carolina Chiropractic Associations.  In addition, Dr. Hamlin is an active member of the local, North Carolina Road Runners.  He enjoys participating in marathons and triathlons, mountain biking and taking his Rhodesian Ridgeback dog on hikes.

"After years of competing in endurance sports, I’ve gained experience which allows us to provide patients with a unique blend of first hand knowledge supported by research about proper nutrition and exercise habits to decrease pain, improve health, and quality of life.”

"Being able to make treatment recommendations that are scientifically proven with current research, and that we’ve personally used, gives us a better understanding and ability to personalize treatment and ensure each individual patient's success."
